I have built my career as a Product Manager on a foundation of driving innovation and growth across various industries. At N2Growth, I led the development and design of a cloud-based Applicant Tracking System and Coaching platform for  the Executive Search business, enhancing usability and speed for over 7,000 users. By implementing agile methodologies, I significantly reduced organizational time and expenses. Moving to Richardson Sales Performance, I was the first product hire responsible for the strategy and execution of multiple digital platforms. I developed a new Sales Learning Platform in partnership with Salesforce, utilizing machine learning and AI for personalized training. This role allowed me to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with executive leadership for successful product launches.


At Quil Health, I drove the strategic vision for consumer engagement through AI and behavioral science, resulting in improved app performance and cost reductions. Currently, at Koa Health, I spearhead the U.S. expansion, overseeing discovery efforts for AI integration and leading the Clinical and Buyer teams to enhance the B2B experience, which has significantly reduced therapy costs. My advisory and mentoring roles at Mindshare and various mentorship programs reflect my commitment to fostering talent and innovation in the product management community. Additionally, my entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted by co-founding TinyPint Inc., where I successfully scaled the business and drove substantial revenue growth.

 


 

Koa Health | Lead Product Manager                                                                                                                       Nov. 2022 - Present

Koa Health is a Series B, B2B2C mental health company focused on mid-sized organizations and payors. The Koa product suite provides comprehensive mental healthcare including prevention, teletherapy, and Koa’s digital therapeutic products. Located in Spain, I was the first product hire in the United States to lead the US expansion and Go-to-market strategy into employers and payers and build the product function in the US market.

 

Quil Health | Sr. Product Manager                                                                                                                       Nov. 2021 - Oct. 2022

Quil, the joint venture of Independence Health Group (Independence) and Comcast, was a patient engagement platform that offers personalized and interactive health journeys to consumers and their caregivers. Quil is committed to educating and engaging consumers about their health as we believe the impact means better outcomes at a lower cost. Quil has since been shut down.

TinyPint Inc. was a boot-strapped product lifecylce firm, with offices in Grand Rapids, MI and Philadelphia, PA. Our team grew to 8 employees, with expertise in product development, design, and marketing skills. Company achieved profitability within 2yrs and grew from a part-time hobby business to full-time agency.
